Booking Terms & Conditions
• Booking Conditions:
New Year’s Bookings open on the 5th of November and close on the 17th of December
Prebookings: The usual bookings procedure applies – checking availability via telephone.
To confirm the booking, 25% of the total price of the booking must be transferred to our Bank Account and we need a Credit Card number for the guarantee. The remaining of the total booking will be debited at the hotel. It is mandatory to present receipt of the Bank transfer at the hotel at the moment of check in.
Minimum stay for these dates is 2 nights half board, be it the night before or after the 31st of December *i.e. New Year’s pack includes: two dinners, two nights lodging and two breakfasts.
• Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations before the 20th December will incur a 5% charge of the total amount of the booking. From the 20th December and until the date of the check in, we will only refund the deposit in case the room gets booked by another customer. In case of no-show or if the room remains empty we will charge the booking in full.
